Antoinette Daniels is the founder and interior design director at Studio AD Projects. She started her design journey while studying interior design in Boston and Atlanta. Realizing after graduation that she had an interest in product design while enrolled in college, she set out to learn more about the furniture industry. She then started working with many local Atlanta furniture retailers. Her time spent working for an international retailer importing significant collectible designs from Europe proved to be career-shaping. There she developed an appreciation for well-developed and produced designer objects, modernism, and livable design.
“Because of my retail background servicing clients, I gained a core strength and that’s service. I go to bat for my clients with all of the details. I want them immersed in the process, telling me exactly how they want to live. Right down to the door style, hardware, and the number of shower heads”.
Her projects incorporate natural materials like stone, wood, marble, geometric forms, and cultural references. She is inspired by a love for modern art, fashion, midcentury design, and modern architecture that she injects into every space. Careful attention is paid to solving problems and developing smart design solutions for comfort and livability. Every project is researched and tailored to the personality and lifestyle of the client.
In her free time, she can be found scouring museums, and art exhibitions, rocking out at the local gym, or spending time with her son, and daughter……
